I am just Me - fun loving, love to travel and have been lucky enough to see a large part of the world - though a larger part still remains unexplored! Love to make friends - and have many, but love to add on ( am quite a glutton about wanting people in my life) and love to cook - for friends,family...everyone. Love dogs and have always had at least one as a pet at any time, communicate with other animals too - specially birds living in this area often come to me with 'delegations' and 'demands'! Wear my heart on my sleeve, am hurt easily, but dont let it on. Have a wonderful family of young parents, just in their 80s, a loving hubby, two wonderful children with their even more lovely spouses and the latest addition: two absolutely cute and adorable twin grand daughters!! My family also includes many cousins, sisters and brothers in law, lots and lots of nephews and nieces and many little ones. Have loved reading at one time, but dont have patience or eye sight for it any more...and YES, i love facebooking! That about sums me...

Hi,
The blog got published by mistake before i could write the recipe - so leaving it as a comment.
I boiled, pureed and sieved a big batch of red, slightly over-ripe tomatoes.
Took half a pack of Dabur coconut milk and added one tbspoon besan to it.Blended this with tomato puree.
In a little oil, gave tadka of jeera, garlic and split green chillies - about 4.
Added the tomato-coconut mixture, salt and sugar/gud to taste and give it a good boil.
Tomato soup, with a difference, ready to drink!
